this root beer is 100% organic, and unfortunately the results were not good.  It has a very crisp and metallic flavour (probably because it is canned instead of bottled), tastes like it was diluted with club soda, and is over-carbonated.  The can claims that it contains extracts of sasparilla and licorice, but neither flavour is prominant.  The colour is clear and yellowish like gingerale instead of the traditional dark brown. Like most organic root beers, it has an earthy kick.  It is not very sweet, and would actually benefit from being sweeter, if for no other reason than to mask the thin and displeasing flavour.  The only redeeming feature is how quickly the flavour leaves your mouth, as it has very little aftertaste.
